Mental & Emotional Wellbeing

Maintaining good mental health has rarely been out of the news in recent years and there is a continual fight to break down the stigma and barriers around the issue.

EKRR Youth work hard to ensure that we provide the right information and support for our coaches, players and volunteers to help them deal with the many challenges of life.

At the club we believe it is important to inform people about the wide range of professional and dedicated organisations that are there to assist people through difficult times when life can be at a low ebb, and to know there is help at hand

Together, we can break the Mental Health stigma

If you or someone you know is experiencing mental health stigma, it’s important to seek support and challenge these negative attitudes. Sharing personal experiences and educating others can also help change perceptions and reduce stigma.
